2. Use License

  1. Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of any downloadable materials on the Wellpoint Hypnosis Method™ School’s website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
      1. modify or copy the materials;
      2. use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);
      3. attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the School’s web site;

Wellpoint Hypnosis Method™ Online Student understands all Bella Luna, LLC sessions and workshops are solely intended for a non-therapeutic use of hypnosis. If after taking any Wellpoint Hypnosis Method™ Online certification courses, the graduate chooses to offer either “hypnosis” or “hypnotherapy” sessions or workshops, it is their responsibility to follow all of their applicable federal, state, local or governing licensing laws.

4. Limitations

In no event shall the Wellpoint Hypnosis Method™ Online School or Bella Luna, LLC be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on the School’s website. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

8. Governing Law

The Terms of Use shall be governed exclusively by and construed according to the laws of the State of Colorado, without giving effect to conflicts of law principles. Any legal action related to the terms or obligations arising under this Agreement shall be brought in the District Court of Jefferson County, State of Colorado, USA. Wellpoint Hypnosis Method™ Student may wish to bring against Bella Luna, LLC for any act or omission relating to the Agreement, must be brought within one (1) year from the date of the alleged act or omission giving rise to the claim or cause of action. Failure to bring such action within the permitted time shall act as a bar against all claims against Bella Luna, LLC for such act or omission.
